Yoga FreshFlow, Sundays at 4pm
Explore the benefits of yoga by blending alignment with breath and mindful movements for a balanced and unique practice experience. We will build strength, balance and flexibility in fundamental yoga postures while relieving stress and tension at a moderate pace. Yoga FreshFlow is open to BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE levels and this class is a great option to begin your yoga journey.From the website
Restorative Yoga + Nidra, Sundays at 5:30pm
Gently invite the body back into its natural alignment while encouraging a release of deep-rooted muscular tension, stress and tightness. Your body will be fully supported using props including bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks to experience a deeper state of relaxation to replenish the body’s energy while leaving you feeling nourished and calm. This class offers a combination of classic restorative yoga postures followed with 15-20 minutes of Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep or deep relaxation). Yoga Nidra will offer a deep relaxation for your entire body, mind and emotions; while helping to dissolve old patterns and remove obstacles. Restorative Yoga + Nidra and is suitable for ALL LEVELS, ages, abilities & physical conditions and will complement an active practice or help you to decompress after a stressful day.From the website
River Valley Athletic Club (Stillwater, Minnesota) Yoga Class Schedule
Yoga Flow, Tuesdays at 5:30pm
This 45 minute class is the perfect companion to cardio, weight training, or other high intensity workouts. Yoga Flow focuses on integrative alignment through sun salutations series A and B, keeping your heart rate in performance zone. The final 15 minutes of class will slow down gradually to end in savasana, allowing your body to efficiently cool and digest all the benefits of your workout. Yoga Flow is accessible to all.
Candlelight Flow, Thursdays at 6pm
This a hybrid class of active and passive postures In the first 30 minutes, we’ll create warmth, build strength and increase flexibility with a gentle vinyasa flow. In the last 30 minutes of class, we’ll use passive, restorative postures to deeply nourish the connective tissues including joints, ligaments and fascia to create space and integrity to the joints and remove blockages to our internal energy flow. Candlelight Flow is accessible to all.
