I was fortunate enough to find Meghan for an open CX User Researcher position on my team at Veritas. She immediately came into a chaotic environment with a calm demeanor to add value to our organization. She consistently showcased her ability to respond to the needs of an ever changing organization by her ability to quickly learn Veritas’ complex enterprise software suite. She leveraged customer interviews and surveys to compile vital customer feedback on our products to help drive forward the overall CX.
