Cellars Wines & Spirits is a MN-based wine, beer and spirits chain. They needed a new website that consolidated the locations with their sales, events and other promotions featured. I conducted researched and designed wireframes based on that research in Microsoft Visio.
As a liquor store with multiple locations, the key focus of a responsive website is to get visitors to the physical location asap. This mock up, developed after thorough contextual analysis and devising multiple user scenarios, draws attention to current promotions but ultimately driving to the Locations page. Unfortunately, Cellars dropped the redesign project in light of of budget concerns, so their website still looks like this.
